Shipping & Delivery Policy
At The Thai Origins, we strive to deliver the products you purchase in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Before starting our delivery process, we will confirm your order and details over the phone. We deliver to your doorstep all around Bangladesh.
Our delivery time starts right after we have confirmed your order.
Inside Dhaka
Delivery in Dhaka will be completed in 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation.
Delivery charges: 80 TK will be added.
Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) available (pay the full amount at the doorstep).
We have our own delivery group for deliveries within Dhaka to ensure faster and more reliable service.
Outside Dhaka
Products will be dispatched from our warehouse promptly after order confirmation.
48 to 72 hours of time is required for delivery outside Dhaka, depending on the distance and our courier partner.
Delivery charges: 150 TK will be added.
Payment Method: Only the delivery charge (150 TK) must be paid in advance via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer. The remaining product price will be collected via Cash on Delivery at your doorstep.
We have partnered with CarryBee for all outside Dhaka deliveries to ensure safe and timely service.
Why Advance Payment for Delivery Charge?
For customers outside Dhaka, we require advance payment of the delivery charge only. This allows us to:
- Confirm your order commitment before shipping.
- Reduce fake orders and unnecessary shipping costs.
- Provide you with better tracking and service through our courier partner.
How to Pay the Delivery Charge in Advance
Once you place your order, pay the 150 TK delivery charge through:

- Bank Transfer: [Insert Bank Details if applicable]
Send us the payment confirmation (screenshot or transaction ID) via WhatsApp or Facebook. Once verified, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours, and the product price will be collected upon delivery.
Order Tracking
An Order ID / Order Number will be provided for easy tracking of your product’s delivery progress.
You can call our dedicated customer service or message us on WhatsApp/Facebook for any updates.
For outside Dhaka orders, tracking information from CarryBee will be shared with you.
Important Notes
- In case of adverse weather conditions and/or political unrest, our delivery time can be extended as the situation requires.
- We deeply regret any inconveniences due to such unforeseeable reasons.
- Please ensure your phone number is active and you are available to receive our confirmation call before delivery.
- For outside Dhaka, the delivery charge advance is non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
