1. What are the Thai Origins?
The Thai Origins is an e-commerce platform based in Bangladesh that imports and sells 100% authentic products directly from manufacturing companies in Thailand.

2. Are your products really authentic?
Yes, 100%. We guarantee all products are made in Thailand and sourced directly from trusted Thai manufacturers. No replicas or copies.

3. How do I place an order?
You can order through our website or send us a message on WhatsApp/Facebook with the product name and quantity.

4. Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can order as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders faster.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery nationwide. And we also accept online payment methods.

7. How do I pay the advance charge for outside Dhaka?
Pay 150 TK via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer. Send us the confirmation, and we’ll dispatch your order within 24 hours.

8. Is the advance delivery charge refundable?
Yes, if you cancel before dispatch. Once dispatched, it is non-refundable.

9. How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka 24-48 hours 80 TK
Outside Dhaka, 48-72 hours, 150 TK (advance)

10. Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive an Order ID. Contact us on WhatsApp/Facebook for tracking updates.

11. What if I’m not home when delivery arrives?
Our partner will contact you to reschedule. Failed attempts may result in a return; re-shipping charges will apply.

12. What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, wrong, or expired items confirmed by the delivery guy. Return policy not applicable for change of mind.

13. How do I return a product?
Contact us within 24 hours (Outside Dhaka) or at delivery (Inside Dhaka) with Order ID and photo/video. Return within 3 days with the original invoice.

14. What are my refund options?

  • Cash Refund (product price only)
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

15. Who pays for return shipping?
Our mistake: We pay.
Other reasons: Customer pays.
