Please review the product name, variant, pack size, ingredients and usage instructions before ordering. Packaging may differ between editions or batches. Contact us if a detail is unclear.
Orders
Submitting an order does not by itself confirm acceptance. Our team will confirm availability, your delivery details, the total price and applicable payment requirements.
Prices and Payment
The confirmed order total includes applicable product and delivery charges. Cash on Delivery and advance delivery-charge requirements are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and begin according to the conditions stated in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Cancellation
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. Cancellation before dispatch is normally available without a cancellation fee.
For dispatched orders, contact our team for the applicable return instructions and charges.
If we cancel a prepaid order that we cannot fulfil, the applicable prepaid amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
